Regarding the recent column by (AGN Media Director of Commentary) Dave Henry (Henry: Bring on the red-light cameras in Amarillo, March 20,, has Henry ever taken a government class?  If so, he slept through the part about our U.S. Constitution.  It is called the Sixth Amendment.

A red-light camera photograph is hearsay, and is therefore inadmissible under the Sixth Amendment. It is hearsay because you cannot cross examine the photograph or the camera. The Sixth Amendment gives defendants the right to confront their accuser.
