Join the Edinburg Scenic Wetlands & World Birding Center on Saturday mornings, September 2, 9, 26 and 23, from 9 -10:30 a.m. (9-10 a.m. on the 23rd) to get the tips and techniques needed to ensure you get a successful start on your garden.

Prepare the soil, learn what native plants you can plant with the right watering system that works best for you, and even go as far as adding water features both for beautification and wildlife attraction. Go through each course and finish with a broader knowledge on getting your garden started or improved.

The fee for each class varies so please call for information. Seating is limited and registration is required at least two days prior to the class.

The Edinburg Scenic Wetlands and World Birding Center is located at 714 S. Raul Longoria Road (in the Edinburg Municipal Park) in Edinburg.
