At approximately noon August 2, the Public Education and Government (PEG) Channels were moved from 17-12 and 17-17 to 95-12 and 95-17 without notice.

Residents with Spectrum service can still view these channels by reprogramming the channels on their television sets.

The City of Edinburg apologizes for this inconvenience and is currently trying to find out why Spectrum failed to notify the cities and school districts that oversee the channels.

Programming will not be affected and residents can expect to get the same quality information round the clock. Also the City Council Meeting scheduled for tonight at 6 p.m. will still be broadcast live on 95-12 and it can also be streamed on our website www.cityofedinburg.com.
