Edinburg Arts, a division of the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library is proud to present ARTreach, a new and exciting adult art class that will contribute to community art projects. The first class will focus on creating a visual installation for FridaFest 2017.

Participants will create quality arts and craft elements that will be collected and displayed at the heart of FridaFest. The 2017 FridaFest art installation gives the participants an engaging experience but also an artistic credit that the community can enjoy. Traditional crafts with a modern twist such as paper flowers, pom-pom garland, paper dolls and mixed media collages will be fashioned to complement, FridaFest, one of the most popular and well-attended festivals in Edinburg.

Classes will be held every Monday in June from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library located 1906 S Closner Boulevard in Edinburg, Texas. Classes are free but space is limited, so be sure to secure a space today by calling the Library to reserve your seat.
