EDINBURG - An important step toward leading an independent life is financial independence. This means taking control of your money - both the money that you earn and the money that you spend. To assist the public in furthering their money management education, the Friends of the Edinburg Public Library will host a Monday, May 1st, 12:00-1:00 p.m. event with featured speaker, Dr. Ida Acuña-Garza at the Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library.
